'Crust & Craft Pizzeria started with a vision: to share true Neapolitan pizza within London. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985, launching a quaint, family-operated shop rooted in age-old recipes passed down generations.
Our patriarch, Luca Bianchi, perfected her pizza-crafting techniques on her journeys across Italy, absorbing wisdom from Napoli's legendary pizza chefs. Coming back to the UK, she was set on recreating Italian pizza's authentic enchantment, adhering to ancestral methods and selecting premium ingredients.
What originated as a humble 12-seater has evolved into a cherished neighborhood fixture, with our dedication to excellence and authenticity staying staunch. We persist in using traditional wood-fired ovens, produce our dough from scratch each day, and seek out only the most exceptional ingredients.
'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' continues under the proprietorship of the Bianchis, with a second generation at the helm of our zealous team. Even as we innovate, our foundational ethos endures: to craft delectable, genuine pizza that unites our patrons.
